  • Nobility in the Mundane

I long to accomplish a great and noble task,
but it is my chief duty
to accomplish small tasks as if they were great and noble.

    Umm….I’m cleaning my refrigerators today…among other things…

  • Ah, I am now inspired to get up and do the laundry! (I won’t share a photo of it though  ) Blessings even in the mundane, Laurie

  • Mine will have to wait a few more days, although it is clearly needed.

So, are you listening to great music?

  • I’m just beginning to arise again…. so that means cleaning the fridge, the house, getting wedding/reception items back to where they belong, undecorating the house….  I think some lovely music ought to help.  Oh, and the school work….

  • I try to do one thing every day that I don’t want to do.  It seems starting is half the battle. I don’t think anyone can do a BIG great and noble task without first learning to do the small ones graciously. Good music does help, as Dana suggested!
