~ Daffodils
~ Fresh chives
~ Open windows (not today, it’s 35° out)
~ An empty ironing basket
(there were capris from the fall at the bottom!)~ Nourishing soups and grilling in the same month
~ The easiest, best bread…ever
~ Clean, weed-free dirt in the flower beds
~ Witnessing the flush of young love…in the spring
~ Tchaikovsky’s music

Ahhhhh. yes. sighs of contentment.
Yes, but I did have the kitchen window open this morning. The sun was bursting through the window and making it too warm to do the dishes. But the fresh 38 degree air blowing in was wonderful.
I think I’d better bring a sweater huh?
Yeah, bring a sweater. There’s a possibility it could be snowing or it could be sunny in the 70s. One never knows in April. Just bring yourself, you! Can’t wait!
This year the simple pleasure of Spring was seen on my recent roadtrip. Driving through Kentucky I observed the vibrant colors of the green grass and the *purple* redbud trees. It make me think of pretty Easter dresses.
